CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT
Taking into consideration the competitive human resource environment which is especially pronounced in the Group’s
segment of property market in China, it is proposed that the remuneration of the directors be disclosed in the 2015 Annual
Report in bands of S$250,000 instead of disclosing such figures to the nearest thousand as required by the Code.
