Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“YHPL”). YHPL is a company which is owned by Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his spouse (5% shareholding
interest). The total no. of 1,319,329,700 ordinary shares are held directly and via nominee accounts.
2 Aberdeen Asset Management PLC ("AAM") is deemed to have an interest in the shares of the Company held by the accounts managed or advised by
AAM.
Based on the information available to the Company as at 11 March 2016, approximately 24% of the issued ordinary shares
