LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ENHANCED APPRAISAL SYSTEM FOR TALENT DISCOVERY AND GROOMING Since 2020, we have strengthened our appraisal system to align with our expanding regional presence. These enhancements include refining our performance assessment methods and mechanisms to better recognise, identify, and develop talent.
