    The Board of Directors of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 11 April 2008 have been duly passed by the members of the Company at the AGM held on 29 April 2008.
