    Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his wife, Mrs Zhong Lin Miao Jun (5% shareholding interest).

    Percentages of issued share capital are computed based on 1,825,814,476 issued shares as at 17th March 2008.

    Note 1: The average price of S$1.906 per share is derived by averaging the prices of shares purchased on 13th and 14th March 2008. Details of which are as follows:-

    1) Open market purchase of 600,000 shares of the Company at an average price of S$1.922 per share on 13th March 2008.

    2) Open market purchase of 360,000 shares of the Company at an average price of S$1.880 per share on 14th March 2008.



    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
