    Description As a consequence of the transfer of entire 105 million Yanlord Land Group Limited (Yanlord) shares held by Terzetto Capital Limited (Terzetto) to its 4 shareholders, including Burlingham International Ltd (Burlingham), in equal proportion via off-market transaction, Terzetto ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Yanlord and consequently, Burlingham also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Yanlord on the same day.
