    Description
    The Board of Directors of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased from S$1,125,613,840 to S$1,195,113,840. The increase in paid-up capital of the Company is due to the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the partial exercise of convertible notes due 2012 issued in February 2007.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
