    Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") held by Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("YHPL"), a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his wife, Mrs Zhong Lin Miao Jun (5% shareholding interest).

    The above percentages of share capital are computed based on 1,780,150,304 issued ordinary shares of the Company as at 17 August 2007.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
