    Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by the following entities:-

    1. YHPL, a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his wife, Mrs Zhong Lin Miao Jun (5% shareholding interest). Due to the issue of the New Shares, YHPL's shareholding in the Company decreases from 71.6% to 71.4%.

    2. Billion Bonus Gain Limited ("BBGL"), a company wholly-owned by Mdm Lee Suet Kam, an employee of one of Mr Zhong Sheng Jian's private companies. BBGL holds 3,000,000 shares (0.2%) in the capital of the Company.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
