    This is to advise that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") dated 10 April 2007 have been duly passed by the members of the Company at the AGM held on 27 April 2007.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited (the "Manager"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
