    Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by the following entities:-

    1. YHPL, due to Mr Zhong Sheng Jian's shareholding interest of 95% in YHPL. Due to the issue and allotment of 14,523,000 shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option by CLSA, YHPL's shareholding in the Company decreased from 78.9% to 78.2%.

    2. Billion Bonus Gain Limited ("BBGL"), a company wholly owned by Madam Lee Suet Kam, an employee of one of Mr Zhong Sheng Jian's private companies. BBGL holds 3,000,000 shares (0.2%) in the capital of the Company.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
