    Description
    The Board of Directors ("Board") of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased from S$776,679,000.00 to S$792,363,840.00. The increase in paid-up capital of the Company is due to the issue and allotment of 14,523,000 new shares in the Company at S$1.08 per share pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option by CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd, the stabilising manager of the Company's initial public offering.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
