    Description
    The Board of Directors of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased from S$792,363,840 to S$1,102,863,840. The increase in paid-up capital of the Company is due to the issue and allotment of 150,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at S$2.07 per share ("Placement Shares") pursuant to its concurrent offerings of the Placement Shares and convertible notes in February 2007.

    The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was jointly lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited (the "Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
