    Footnotes On 23 September 2011, Mr Ng Ser Miang purchased US$150,000 of 9.5% Senior Notes due 4 May 2017 ("Notes") issued by Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") at 77.80 ("Purchase"). After the Purchase, Mr Ng Ser Miang holds US$2,000,000 of the Notes.
