    Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) At the request of the Issuer, S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has withdrawn its corporate credit rating on the Issuer, as well as its rating on the senior unsecured notes that the Issuer guarantees. The Issuer has requested S&P to withdraw the credit ratings in line with its strategic review that the ratings are not necessary under its current business environment.
