    Notice Of Change In Paid-Up Capital Of Yanlord Land Group Limited

    The Board of Directors of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased to S$1,246,022,240. The increase in the paid-up capital of the Company is due to the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to partial exercise of options granted under the Yanlord Land Group Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme.
