| Description | As a consequence of the transfer of the entire 105 million Yanlord Land Group Limited (Yanlord) shares held by Terzetto Capital Limited (Terzetto) to its 4 shareholders, including HPRY Holdings Limited (HPRY), a company wholly-owned by Mr Kuok Khoon Hong, in equal proportions via off-market transactions which took place on 18 Nov 2015, Terzetto ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Yanlord and consequently, HPRY and Mr Kuok also ceased to be substantial shareholders of Yanlord on the same day.
