On 7 March 2012, Ms Ng Shin Ein purchased S$500,000 of 5.85% Convertible Bonds due 2014 ("CB") issued by Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") at S$101 ("Purchase").
After the Purchase, Ms Ng Shin Ein holds a total of S$1,000,000 of the CB.
Ms Ng Shin Ein further holds US$200,000 of 9.5% Senior Notes due 2017 issued by the Company.
Percentages of issued share capital are computed based on 1,948,736,476 issued shares of the Company as at 7 March 2012.
