These enhancements include refining our performance assessment methods and mechanisms to better recognise, identify, and develop talent. In FY 2024, 100% of eligible employees1 participated in at least one formal appraisal process, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive evaluation and talent cultivation. In FY 2024, the Group did not meet its target for average training hours due to a shift toward on-the-job learning and the adoption of shorter, more targeted formats such as online microlearning. While the recorded hours were lower, all essential training was provided to employees to support their daily work and ensure the Group’s smooth operation. An appropriate training target has been set for the coming year to better reflect our updated training approach.
