On 6 March 2012, Ms Ng Shin Ein purchased S$500,000 of 5.85% Convertible Bonds due 2014 ("CB") issued by Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") at S$101.15. Ms Ng Shin Ein also purchased US$100,000 of 9.5% Senior Notes due 2017 ("Notes") issued by the Company at US$89.25 ("Purchase").
After the Purchase, Ms Ng Shin Ein holds S$500,000 of the CB and a total of US$200,000 of the Notes.
Percentages of issued share capital are computed based on 1,948,736,476 issued shares of the Company as at 7 March 2012.
