Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by YHPL, a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his wife, Mrs Zhong Lin Miao Jun (5% shareholding interest). Percentage of issued share capital held after change is computed based on 1,808,563,574 issued shares as at 10 October 2007. The initial public offering for the shares of the Company was joint lead managed by HL Bank and CLSA Merchant Bankers Limited ("Managers"). The Managers assume no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
