Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by YHPL, a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his wife, Mrs Zhong Lin Miao Jun (5% shareholding interest).
Percentage of shares held before change is computed based on 1,780,150,304 issued shares as at 30 July 2007.
Percentage of shares held after change is computed based on 1,780,888,310 issued shares as at 4 September 2007.
