Footnotes	Mr Zhong Sheng Jian ("Mr Zhong") is deemed to be interested in the shares of Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company") held by Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company owned by Mr Zhong (95% shareholding interest) and his spouse (5% shareholding interest). On 12 August 2011, Mr Zhong sold US$1.5 million of 9.5% 2010 Senior Notes due 4 May 2017 ("Sale") issued by the Company ("Notes") at a selling price of US$0.94. After the Sale, Mr Zhong holds US$2.5 million of the Notes. Percentages of issued share capital are computed based on 1,948,736,476 issued shares of the Company as at 12 August 2011.
