Mr Zhong Sheng Jian is deemed to be interested in the shares of the Company held by Yanlord Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company owned by Mr Zhong Sheng Jian (95% shareholding interest) and his spouse (5% shareholding interest).
Mr Zhong Sheng Jian further holds US$4 million of our 9.5% 2010 Senior Notes due 4 May 2017.
