On 20 May 2010, Mr Zhong Sheng Jian purchased US$4 million of 9.5% Senior Notes due 4 May 2017 issued by Yanlord Land Group Limited at an average purchase price of 88.125%. Percentages of issued share capital are computed based on 1,943,524,476 issued shares of Yanlord Land Group Limited as at 20 May 2010.
